Will Eating At Night Make Me Fat?

Ever heard of how you shouldn’t eat much, if anything, before bed, because it’ll just sit in your stomach and hardly be burned off?

If there has ever been a nutritional “folk tale” throughout recent history, it would be that eating at night makes you fat.

But is there any truth behind it, or is the myth of “nighttime eating is fattening” just that – a myth?

Check out the video below for my answer.

In the end, it really is all about calories in vs. calories out. From a fat loss perspective, it doesn’t matter if you’re eating 2000 calories throughout the day or all at night.

As long as your average daily caloric consumption is below your daily caloric expenditure, you will burn fat and lose weight.
