This High School Athlete Understood the Value of Hard-Work

By January 29, 2016Success Stories

This week’s Success Story Friday goes out to Victor Cruz.

Vic is a high school baseball player who’s been with us for about 2 years so far. During his time here, he’s developed physically and mentally, and has become a better and more explosive athlete.

Check out his story:

“Before GameChanger, I was only following a winter program that my baseball coach created.

I realized I needed a change, and GameChanger was the answer. Once I heard about GameChanger and did my free assessment, I knew it was the place that would best prepare me for my future baseball career.

Through that one free workout, I understood that the essence of GameChanger was a combination of professional training, one-on-one attention, and a positive atmosphere that is unlike any other.

2016-1-9-Gamechanger-3901-2So far, the GameChanger experience has been awesome. I couldn’t be happier with the progress I made.

I went from being a 160-pound ‘fat kid’ two years ago, to currently weighing 190 pounds and being the leanest I’ve ever been in my life. Not only has my overall physical fitness improved but also my skills on the baseball field have improved, too – particularly, speed and power.

I can’t stress enough the fact that GameChanger and their trainers provide more than ‘gains’ in the gym. They also provide an edge on the field, but most importantly, a ‘jump start’ on life.

What I mean by that are the values such as discipline and hard work are preached by trainers to young athletes that prepare them for what the world has in store.

Ultimately, the GameChanger experience prepares you for college and beyond from a more important aspect than fitness – and these are the things that will stick with you forever.”
