Kelsey brings a lifelong passion for fitness and athletics to the GameChanger coaching team. After playing college soccer and coaching both soccer and track & field at the high school level, she continued her career in wellness with 12 years of experience teaching Physical and Health Education. Kelsey loves working with GameChanger members because of their strong sense of community and commitment to personal growth—something she experienced firsthand as a member herself. Outside the gym, she enjoys family time and keeping up with her energetic three-year-old twin daughters.
