With an athletic background and a passion for understanding people, Kasey found her place in fitness through coaching and helping others reach their potential. She loves working with GameChanger members because they refuse to slow down. They aren’t letting life and aging happen to them; they’re taking the driver’s seat and actively shaping their health and future. Kasey spent six years living in Colorado, where she took her love for snowboarding to the next level by hitting the slopes 100 days in a row winter of 2020-2021.
