To accompany his degree, JT became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

JT has experience working with athletes on the high school, collegiate, and professional level. During the summer after his sophomore year of college, he landed an internship and worked alongside the strength & conditioning staff for the Rutgers University football team.

Upon graduation, JT was offered another internship with the strength and conditioning staff of the New York Jets, where he was involved in team workouts as well as training camp practices.

As the internship with the New York Jets concluded, JT joined our team as a strength and conditioning coach. He’s excited to work with young athletes everyday, helping them become successful both on and off the field.

Mike Cirelli

Mike grew up playing sports his entire life. Being a multi-sport athlete, he felt that he was doing everything he needed to have a healthy, bullet-proof body.

However, within his first two years of college, he tore his meniscus and ACL and required to have two knee surgeries, which ultimately ended his collegiate sports career.

Since then, Mike has been dedicated to finding ways on how to build a healthier body, inside and out. Wanting to share his passion and knowledge with others so they can become healthier themselves, he pursued the field of strength & conditioning. He has since earned his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Montclair State University.

Prior to graduation, Mike joined the GameChanger team as an intern coach during his last semester at school. Upon graduation, he then went on to become a Certified Functional Strength Coach, as well as a Certified Physical Preparation Specialist. Within recent years, he also obtained his Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist credential from the NSCA, which is considered to be the gold standard of the industry.

Hey! I’ve Still Got a Few Questions!

I haven't worked out in a long time. Will this be too intense for me?

We understand why you would be nervous to get started. Most of our members were in the same boat as you when they started, so you don’t have to worry about not fitting in. Our program will start at your level so you just need to focus on showing up.  Once you show up, we take care of the rest 🙂

How is GameChanger different than other fitness studios?

Great question! The other guys are big box gyms where you walk in and do your own workout (our members hate places like this). Or fitness studios that are overcrowded and have everyone doing the same workout regardless of their current level of fitness and injuries (our members prefer a more personal approach.

Every session at GameChanger you have your own coach with you every step of the way, so you never have to worry about doing the same boring routine over and over again or wondering “What am I doing?” “Am I doing this right?” “Am I going to get hurt?”. You can have confidence knowing you’re not doing this alone and that you have a team of coaches who care about you.

Can I try GameChanger out risk-free?

Yes! You can try our program risk free for 30 days. If we haven’t earned your business, you can stop with no questions asked and we’ll part as friends.
