“I was a member at a local commercial gym, but unhappy with my progress in losing weight. I never used a trainer, but I did do the traditional lifting of weights for an hour and then cardio on the elliptical or treadmill afterwards.

The GameChanger app works well, enabling us to schedule workouts and classes well in advance. I love using the MyZone heart rate monitor, it totally makes me push myself harder each week. The GameChanger gym has become a part of my routine now and for the foreseeable future.
