In fact, it may even hinder your fat loss efforts if taken “too far” in terms of cutting carbs.
This week, I want to explain to you guys how low-carb diets can make losing weight more difficult, and even possibly cause a decline in your health.
Losing body fat is all about burning more calories than you consume.
Being in a mild deficit, while still having a moderate amount of carbs (and fats and proteins) in your diet is the most sane, sustainable way to lose weight without running into these issues I talked about in this video.
