We’ve all heard of the various diets out there – vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, low-carb, low-fat, paleo, Atkins, sugar-free (just to name a few).
As drastically different as some of these diets may be from each other, they all have one thing in common. They each promise fat-loss as one the results for strict adherence to their diet.
But is it completely necessary to put yourself through the pain of a restrictive diet, just to lose weight?
