How Did This Freshman Football Player Push 500lbs?

I want to tell you about a story about one of our athletes, Matt Grossman!

Matt’s a football player from Westfield who started training with us this January two days a week.

An important quality to have in football, aside from power, is strength. Strength can make or break otherwise-equally-matched players.

We can say, with confidence, that Matt’s strength has skyrocketed since he started out at GameChanger & we couldn’t be more proud of him. In fact, he’s earned this month’s June Senior Athlete Of the Month!

Congrats Matt!

Going into his sophomore year, we’re expecting him to crush it on the field and “wow” his coaches!

Here’s what his mother had to say:

“Before Matt started at GameChanger, he would do random workouts occasionally, on his own, during off-season. However, he was not very motivated or entirely sure how to properly and safely workout. A friend of ours recommended GameChanger. Matt was hooked from the start!

Matt has gained strength, speed and, most important, confidence, from GameChanger. He really likes the coaches and leaves every session very happy and confident.

Matt never used to Iook forward to workouts, but he does now! The coaches at GameChanger have helped him learn how to workout safely and effectively. He now looks forward to meeting and exceeding every physical challenge he faces!”
