There’s a common notion that sometimes you can eat more and you’ll actually do a better job of losing weight.
The usual explanation is that you’ll “rev your metabolism” and end up burning more calories throughout the day, inevitably leading to weight loss.
Well, today I’m going to explain whether or not this idea has any merit.
Unfortunately, if your fat loss attempts have stalled, eating more will probably not do much, and you are already eating more than you should.
