The Athlete Of The Month Award has become a tradition here at GameChanger Gym. Each month we give this award to the most deserving athlete. While it’s never an easy decision, the December Athlete Of The Month was given to Brian Henn for his commitment & dedication. Brian is a sophomore from Seton Hall Prep & when Brian joined our family in August, he weighed just 148 lbs.
In just 4-months of training, Brian now weighs 171 lbs. Since Brian began, he has given 110% effort in each session & he has drastically changed his nutrition. Brian’s success in the gym has carried over to the baseball field. He’s stronger, more confident & more athletic then ever before & we couldn’t be more excited for him this year. Congratulations Brian, this award is well deserved!

“Our son Brian began training with Joe in August 2013. At 15 yrs old and standing 6’1” tall he was very “lanky” as we would say. Brian wanted to do some type of training to improve his baseball skills, but we weren’t familiar with any programs. Fortunately, he came upon a Facebook post about Joe’s training program and wanted to give it a try. The rest is history…
The results have been unbelievable since he started. . Brian has gained 23lbs to date and is now very athletically toned! His strength behind his bat has improved tremendously, which we saw first hand during Fall Ball season. His passion for his sport has grown as a result of this training!
Joe’s commitment to his athletes is like no other.He really takes the time to work with each individual personally. He has given Brian the confidence and belief in himself to give 110% when he walks onto the field.He has challenged him to do things that we think Brian himself would never believe he could do. We can honestly say that this has been the best choice of training for Brian and we couldn’t thank Joe enough for all he has done.”[/content_box_yellow]
