Alaina Giudice is a 9 month veteran of GameChanger, having joined back in January of this year.
Being a mom of 3 kids, it isn’t easy for her to find the time or motivation to workout two or three times a week, but she still manages to pull it off.
And, she’s an awesome person to workout with: she shows up ready to kick some butt every time she’s at the gym, and she always does it with a huge smile.
“I was doing small group training for several months. I also did the Max Challenge for almost two years.
My friend Denise Daley introduced me to GameChanger. She spoke so highly of it and I was ready for a change. I loved that there were so many class options. I also loved the type of workouts.
I love that the coaches focus on correct positioning and form to help prevent injuries. I love the coaches and how supportive and motivating they are. I appreciate the no judgement, community feeling of the members. It feels like a family.
I have never been so motivated to show up and work out. I don’t dread going, I look forward to it! It is where I choose to go when I have a babysitter. I feel better about myself, stronger and more determined than ever. Working out is just as important mentally as it is physically for me.”
